Susan and Travis, thanks to both of you for all your hard work in getting the our property sold. You guys did so much work and invested a lot of time helping us find the right buyers and best prices. I am sure there were times the siblings seemed to drag their feet and were not ready to compromise on low offers, but you were always patient. Thankfully, the four of us were all on the same page and there was no family drama to add to the situation! Travis, Susan and Greg make the whole endeavor of owning rental properties so easy! I actually kind of almost forget I have rental properties until I get the rent and statement. They find quality tenants, I never have vacancies and they handle everything so quickly. I feel like they keep tenants happy, and that is why the tenants renew. I would rate my experience renting with Travis Martin as an 11/10. One of my biggest concerns with renting is the level of communication and response you get from the owner. I have been in situations where I have gotten no response or gotten an immediate response with no followup. Travis exceeded expectations in both areas: he responds quickly and follows up, if he says he will do it, he does it and does it promptly. If I didn’t know he had more than one property, I would have sworn I was the only one, that’s the excellent level of service provided.
